Jason Marler: Owner & Project Manager:

Delivering projects on time and on budget is Jason’s strength. After working for OWP as a young adult, Jason was a journeyman electrician for 10 years before rejoining our company in 2011.

Jennifer Marler: Owner, Estimating & Safety

Often the first point of contact for clients, Jennifer is focused on delivering exceptional customer experiences. Jennifer is a civil engineer with 20 years of experience in estimating and project management. She is also responsible for coordinating and maintaining the accredited OWP safety program.
